Be Clear - Rule 002

Clear communication facilitates the fast and efficient exchange of information. Explain to your coworkers the objective of the task, then suggest what to do. In other words, explain the Why and What. Guide the direction they're going in and empower them to make necessary changes without the need for permission. This will build confidence in the communication channel and your co-workers.
